Position: Executive Assistant

Overview: Our client in the property management industry is looking for a driven individual with experience in administration to act as an Executive Assistant to their CEO. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years in administration, either as an EA or as an Administrative Assistant, and will be looking to continue their career in the property management industry.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Be the right-hand and main point of contact between the CEO and the organization
- Organize meetings and manage the full calendar for the CEO
- Various bookkeeping functions, including receipt filing, coding invoices, preparing financial statements, paying personal bills, and working alongside accounting team to meet other requirements
- Organizing social functions, maintaining budgets for all events, and oversee advertising for events
- Manage social media accounts as needed
- Maintain general office cleanliness and organization
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or as an Administrative Assistant
- Experience with minor bookkeeping is a nice to have
- Administrative experience with calendar management, event planning, and travel bookings
- Strong proven verbal and written communication skills
- Retail/property management experience is an asset
