Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain inbound phone calls and emails
  • Forward any issues that may arise with tenants/landlords to the appropriate department
  • Utilizing initiative to resolve any concerns or questions that clients or stakeholders have
  • Answer sales calls and handle leads
  • Utilize strong client communication skills to retain any prospective clients
  • Input new client information to CRM system and maintain information for ongoing clients
  • Coordinate between construction teams and realtors to make sure tenants are situated into new properties

Requirements:

  • At least 2+ years experience in an office/administrative role
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Strong MS Office experience (i.e. Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Comfort in handling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Experience communicating with multiple types of stakeholders within an organization
  • Ability to utilize confidentiality and tact while working with sensitive information
  • Ability to problem solve and rectify any mild concerns or questions that clients may have
  • Strong time-management skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Open, strong, and clear communication skills both with internal members and with clients
  • Committed to working part-time (24 hours weekly and potentially full-time in the future)
  • Experience working in a sales department is a considerable asset
  • Interest and passion for real estate is a plus
