Position Overview:

Our client is a private lending institution looking for an enthusiastic individual looking to further their administrative career as an Office Receptionist. Based out of their corporate office in Toronto, the successful hire will be responsible for being the main point of contact for the organization via phone and email and will bring with you 1-2 years of experience in maintaining professional office spaces.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Greet and assist anyone entering the office space
  • Manage the office and/or building needs as appropriate, maintaining office supplies, and stationary management
  • Answer all incoming phone calls and correspondence (emails, letters, packages, etc)
  • Fill, scan, fax, and file documents as needed
  • Place orders with suppliers as needed
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly

 Must Haves:

  • 1-2 years in a similar role
  • Ability to manage office needs and access when needed
  • Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills and approachability
  • Customer focused with outstanding customer service abilities
  • Excellent organization and time management skills with ability to set priorities
  • Has a clear understanding of the ethics and values practiced in a corporate environment
